On September 18, 2015, the Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province organized and presided over the concluding acceptance meeting for the provincial major project Research and Demonstration of Energy Monitoring and Operation & Maintenance Management System for Large Public Buildings, which was jointly undertaken by our company, Zhongda Holdings and Sun Yat-sen University.

At the meeting, the expert panel heard the project implementation summary report, conducted an on-site inspection of the project facilities, watched the system demonstration, and reviewed the relevant materials. After inquiry and discussion, the panel unanimously agreed that the project Research and Demonstration of Energy Monitoring and Operation & Maintenance Management System for Large Public Buildings passed the concluding acceptance.

By collecting power consumption data and adopting intelligent building energy monitoring software and building energy operation & maintenance management software, the project realizes data collection and centralized management of the operation status, energy consumption and associated environmental parameters of power distribution, equipment, lighting, elevators, air conditioning, heating, water supply and drainage systems inside buildings. It also carries out decentralized control based on energy-saving strategies set in the software to achieve optimal energy-saving effects.
