Lighting Control System Design
The DALI lighting control system is adopted. The wiring structure of the DALI lighting control system is very simple; there is no need to pre-allocate power supply loops for the luminaires. All luminaires can even be connected in parallel to the same power supply loop.
During the wiring installation, it is only necessary to connect the DALI interfaces of all luminaire drivers and lighting control panels in parallel to the same pair of DALI buses to complete the circuit installation. The remaining lighting function configuration is entirely implemented by software and can be modified arbitrarily according to actual application requirements and personal preferences.
In the system design of this experience area, the designer has set the 8-button lighting control panel on the wall at the entrance to provide quick control for 8 scenes, realizing one-touch control of lighting scenes including Reading, Home, Entertainment, Reception, Dining, Leisure, Away (All Off), and Sleep (Only individual light sources remain at 1% brightness).
The LCD touchscreen lighting control panel on the wall near the dining table is configured with more comprehensive lighting control functions.In addition to scene control, brightness adjustment, color temperature tuning, as well as independent and grouped on/off control of luminaires can all be easily implemented.
Personalized Lighting Control Configuration
Lighting control requirements are influenced by multiple factors, yet are mainly related to the nature of human activities and personal preferences. Even for the same activity, such as dining, some people prefer brighter lighting to clearly see the color and luster of dishes, while others favor dimmer light to enjoy a warm and cozy atmosphere. Therefore, lighting control should allow users to perform refined configuration according to their personal preferences at any time.
To this end, the system provides a lighting control application (App) that can run on smartphones or tablets.
With this application, users can not only achieve real-time lighting control, but also modify the lighting control functions of each button on the control panel and the parameter settings of various lighting scenes at any time as needed, which excellently meets the demand for personalized lighting control.
