China Life Hong Kong Center and Cheung Kai Center are located in the heart of Hong Kong, enjoying a prime waterfront location in central Kowloon. Adjacent to the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade and Avenue of Stars, they command unobstructed, panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. As a brand-new Grade A office and retail complex, the project is one of the most high-profile developments in Hong Kong.

After rounds of bidding and on-site mock-up comparisons with many international industry giants, Joinmax finally became the contractor for the architectural lighting optimization design, product supply and construction of China Life Hong Kong Center and Cheung Kai Center, relying on its professional team and sophisticated technical solutions.

Design Concept

The design gives full play to the concepts and characteristics of the architectural design, taking "Sailing to the Sea" as the visual theme. Through the integrated functions of the remote intelligent control system, it achieves linkage between the east and west towers, coordination between the main and auxiliary buildings, complementarity between distant and close-up views, compatibility between energy-saving lighting and advertising functions, as well as balance between short-term and long-term goals, maximizing the expression of architectural language.
