Recently, after preliminary review, re-examination and public announcement by the Guangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Guangzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Guangzhou Enterprise Confederation/Entrepreneur Association, and the Guangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, Joinmax Technology was awarded the title of “Grade A Guangzhou Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise” for 2022.
This honor fully reflects the recognition of the evaluation authorities for the Company’s efforts in protecting employees’ rights and interests, fostering a corporate culture of common development between the enterprise and its staff, and maintaining sound and harmonious labor relations.
This year, the selection of “Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprises” has been comprehensively upgraded. The revised and improved Measures for the Evaluation and Management of Establishing Harmonious Labor Relations Units in Guangzhou has adjusted and optimized the original grading criteria.
The new measures center on the “Four Joints”: joint planning through consultation between enterprises and employees, joint construction of mechanisms, joint creation of benefits, and joint sharing of interests.
