Recently, entrusted by Foshan Longhui Investment & Real Estate Co., Ltd., our company carried out fault detection and repair on the floodlighting system of the tower of its property, Longhui Building.

The project is located in the Guangfo International Trade and Business Zone, Yixian Road, Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan. It is a 29-storey, 130-meter-high Grade 6C super high-end commercial office building.

The building’s exterior floodlighting project was completed by another company in the industry in 2016, equipped with a programmable controller to achieve single-color chasing and flowing lighting effects.

Recently, the LED strip light sources have suffered from aging and attenuation, with breakpoints appearing in many areas successively, affecting the overall lighting effect.

Our company took over the fault inspection of the entire lighting system, customized and supplied special lamps and system spare parts in a short period, and carried out rapid and efficient repairs through high-altitude construction with coordinated operation by internal and external technicians.

Through this light source renovation project, the main cable trunking and troughs on the roof were replaced, along with nearly 1,000 sets of lighting fixtures.It also thoroughly solved serious problems and potential hazards such as poor contact in main circuits and equipment, structural corrosion in some areas, and water ingress in partial lamps.
