Centered on the theme of “Integrated Party Building・Forge Integrity with a Clean Ethic”, both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on the integration of Party building and business operations as well as integrity co-construction.

At the meeting, representatives of the two Party organizations respectively introduced the progress of Party building work within their branches, shared practices of driving production and operation through Party building and experience in integrating Party building with business, and learned innovative ideas and measures for Party building from each other.

All participants watched an integrity-themed micro film to receive warning education on integrity, and took a collective integrity oath. The solemn oath demonstrated their firm resolve to abide by the integrity baseline and maintain sound and clean cooperative relations.

On site, the Secretaries of the two Party organizations signed the Party Building Co-construction Agreement, formally establishing a co-construction platform. With the theme of “Joint Technology Research・Illuminate Ingenuity”, the two parties conducted in-depth discussions and on-site exchanges focusing on cutting-edge technologies and benchmark project cases in the lighting industry.

Qian Changjun, Deputy Chief Engineer of Guangzhou SYSU Joinmax, delivered a technical sharing on building facade lighting systems.The presentation highlighted the company’s core technological strengths. The enterprise owns independently developed platforms and numerous technical patents. The self-developed Joinmax system supports multi-protocol compatibility, lightning protection, zero-delay signal transmission, wide voltage adaptation and other capabilities, delivering reliable technical support for facade lighting projects.

Tu Xin, Technical Director, elaborated on the excellent case of the lighting system project for Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre (East Tower).As a landmark of Guangzhou, the lighting system maintenance of the building needed to be completed before the opening of the 15th National Games. The project faced prominent challenges: a long construction timeline, lighting facilities assembled from equipment of multiple manufacturers, decentralized systems, incomplete as-built documents kept by property management, and many discontinued luminaire models.The project team fully surveyed the site and reconstructed complete project archives, integrated multiple scattered systems into one unified management and control platform. Original optical data was retrieved to replicate discontinued lamps, and optical calibration between old and new lamps was implemented to guarantee consistent overall lighting effects. This large-scale landmark maintenance project has formed replicable experience, providing important references for similar maintenance projects in the future.

Chen Dengwei, Chief Engineer, conducted technical exchanges on indoor intelligent lighting control systems and shared practical experience in digital intelligent lighting construction.The discussion revolved around PLC application technology. He introduced the development prospect of PLC technology and its upstream and downstream industrial ecosystem, and shared practical applications and typical cases of PLC technology in indoor intelligent lighting based on the company’s implemented projects.

Both sides fully exchanged technical ideas based on industry realities amid vibrant discussions, laying a solid technical foundation for future business collaboration.

This Party building co-construction activity serves as a vital move for both parties to deepen business cooperation and reinforce the integrity defense line.Going forward, Guangzhou SYSU Joinmax Technology will take this co-construction as an opportunity to further advance the supply chain Party building co-construction model.
