On July 24^th 2013, HuangJin, the administration director, shared a symposium on “individual target positioning and implementation process ”with the colleagues from the department of affaires, this course mainly focuses on the individual career plan and how to understand and pass through the job burnout period, implement career plan in steps and discuss it, the whole ambience is dynamic and people are all involved in the discussion, which make the training end with an pleasant atmosphere.
